Get a Taste of What’s to Come
You will begin your morning in an authentic Roman cafe, tasting freshly-baked cornetto with creamy cappuccino while learning about Italian breakfast traditions.
You will then head to the specialty cheese store owned by the same family since 1900. As you approach, you will be able to smell the cheeses even before seeing them! You’ll taste the finest selection of aged parmesan, pecorino with truffles, canestrato, prosciutto and much more.
After indulging into the most unique selection of cheeses, you will discover mouthwatering Roman street food in a place that has been open for over 30 years. You will taste the best pizza marinara and suppli in the city, prepared at the moment just for you.
During seated lunch, you will indulge into the most authentic Roman dishes, like bruschetta, pasta carbonara and pasta amatriciana, over a glass of Italian wine while learning about Roman culture and traditions.
We will finish with the freshly-made tiramisu in the most famous bakery of Trastevere, known only to locals.
